What is Service+ ?
Service+ is a managed service, with dedicated resource, providing you with technical expertise, service consistency and flexibility. It allows you to leverage the Bedford team as an internal resource, it provides you with all the benefits of having an internal Centre of Excellence without the costs and resources associated with maintaining a team of experts.

How does it work?
For the Premium and Enterprise offerings where you will have a dedicated support staff we will arrange for a full day site visit at no additional cost to facilitate knowledge transfer between your team and ours on how the model works, to understand how the model is used and who the key users are. For the Standard offering our Customer Success team will arrange a half day on-boarding at no additional cost.
Email & Phone: You will be provided a dedicated email address & phone number for your business to contact Service+.
Online: We have an online portal where you can log service requests and track progress.
Can I request developments/enhancements under Service+?
Yes, of course – this is often a major component of the Service+ offering. Customers use Service+ as a Centre of Excellence, utilising the team in place of internal resourcing. However, development work must fit inside the agreed service hours and anything above this level will be referred to the Bedford Customer Success Team.
Does Service+ replace the Anaplan Help Desk?
No way! – The Anaplan help desk is still a key component in your Anaplan system regardless of Service+. Anaplan will continue to provide all of the services agreed under your SSA, Service+ is a complementary service offered by Bedford.
Are the Service+ team certified?
Yes, you can trust us - all support consultants are Anaplan Way trained and certified model builders. We are Anaplan people.
Do I have to be based in the UK?
