Anaplan Solutions Consultant/Pre-Sales Consultants

We are looking for a tenacious Solutions Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team, engaging with targeted prospects to give insight into how Anaplan, the Connected Planning platform, can help to resolve broken or cumbersome processes. We put the customer at the centre of what we do, and enabled by Anaplan, we seek to empower our customers to improve decision-making, gaining transparency and visibility through business-owned models giving them the ability to make better real-time decisions.

We have immediate full-time positions available in our Pre-Sales teams located in the UK, Ireland, DACH, Nordics and Benelux, with applications accepted from any similar time-zones.


Key responsibilities

  • Developing domain-specific solutions, demos and messaging. Building Proof of Concept (POC) models that are tailored to solve prospects’ problems.

  • Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution.

  • Ability to align closely with Anaplan Account Executives and put our relationship at the forefront of all endeavours.

  • Cross-training teammates on solutions expertise and smooth handoff of sales processes to Customer Success teams.

  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to the customer needs and crafting a shared vision for a solution.

  • Innovate and deploy the latest Anaplan product enhancements alongside our internal knowledge base. Share learnings with peers.

  • Communicate effectively and openly with both Bedford and Anaplan colleagues.

Key pre-requisites

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:

  • A background in financial/multi-dimensional modelling, business intelligence or analytics.

  • Prior pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/Business Process Management.

  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new multi-dimensional technology.

  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and communication skills - both internally and externally.

  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and crafting a shared vision for a solution.
