Bedford Consulting

Bedford Consulting is an Anaplan and UK IBM Business Partner, specialising in the provision of world class Anaplan and Cognos consultants. With offices in London, Belfast and most recently in Dublin, we offer consulting services incorporating the entire IBM Cognos & Anaplan software suites.

Our founders, Neil Doyle and Stephen McKittrick started the business in 2007 with the core principal of providing their clients with a fusion of quality and value for money. Ex Deloitte consultants both Stephen and Neil understand what drives a successful client/consultant relationship and have used this as the basis for all client engagements.

At Bedford we believe that IT is simply an enabler for business success. Our advice is driven by a core understanding of the business drivers and requirements, those of you who like IT for IT's sake will find no friends here! Our experience in implementing the IBM Cognos & Anplan toolsets across many private and public sector organisations has placed us in the unique position of being able to sit on both sides of the fence. We understand the difficulties and challanges of a successful Cognos implementation from an IT Director's point of view, but we can also empathise with the Finance Manager who has been frustrated by the provision of an unsuitable financial planning and monitoring system. We understand the finance pain points, such as unwieldly spreadsheets, out of date plans, inaccurate forecasts and a lack of "what if" analysis. We've been there, done that, and deleted the spreadsheet!
